SUNDAY MORNING NURSERY 8:45 & 10:30 a.m. (newborns to 2 year olds) Care is provided for children ages birth to two years old during all Sunday morning services. Children are divided by age as well as developmental stages. Our caregivers are trained and give individual, loving care for each child. SUNDAY MORNING PRESCHOOL 8:45 & 10:30 a.m. (2 year olds through Kindergarten) Preschool involves children ages two through kindergarten separated by age groups. Preschool care is provided during all Sunday morning services. We use Gospel light curriculum, with different activities centering around God's word for each of the services. SUNDAY SCHOOL 8:45 a.m. (Kindergarten through 6th Grades) We have loving teachers for each grade. Please, pick up a yellow map at the Information Booth in front of the Sanctuary. This will tell you where each grade meets in the classrooms toward the back of campus. Each week, there is a new lesson from the Bible taught in creative and interactive ways. At 9:40 am, grades 1-6 come to the Fellowship Hall for "Worship Education" where they sing praise songs, bring offering and hear a lesson. This is a time for students to hear more about what happens in "big church" and why church is important to our daily lives. Grades 1-3 are then dismissed back to their classrooms and picked up there. Grades 4-6 are picked up in Fellowship Hall. CHILDREN'S SERMON TIME 10:30 a.m. (Age 4 through 3rd grades) Children ages 4 through third grade are encouraged to attend worship in the Sanctuary with their parents. To aid children in worship we offer Little Bags of Light which are hanging in the Narthex on a light post. There are two types of bags, one for readers and one for non-readers (readers are natural colored and non-readers are primary colors). Please, return theses bags when you're done. The children's sermon is right before the message. You can find this symbol in the bulletin. Following this time, children may be excused to their classrooms for Second Hour Sunday School. Their teachers will meet them at the back of the Sanctuary and walk them to their rooms. Ages 4 & 5 and Kindergarten can be picked up in Room 101 and 1st through 3rd grade can be picked up in Room 103.
